Cultivation

The olive trees are cultivated according to the regulations of the Balearic Council for Ecological Agriculture.

Harvest

Harvesting at Can Rich is done manually, followed by a rapid transport to the oil mill in order to prevent possible oxidation.

Processing

Olive oil Virgen Extra from first pressing, cold pressed.
